How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free to Spain and Rest of the EU.

For the rest of countries, it varies on location. You can preview the shipping costs in the cart page.

When are orders shipped?

We aim to prepare and ship all orders placed before 2PM GMT on the same day, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after 2PM GMT on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

How are taxes applied?

UK and European Union orders include all duties and taxes.

For the rest of countries, orders will be charged taxes and duties once the order has arrived in your country.

How do returns work?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return of your purchase.

You may only return unused, unworn and undamaged products in their original packaging, as you received them. Any product not returned in accordance with the above will not be refunded.

After the return request, you will receive a reply from our team confirming the return and explaining the next steps.

Finally, when we receive the returned items and check that everything is correct, we will proceed with the refund.

How long do I have to return my order?

Is the return free of charge?

Returns have different charges, depending on the country and shipping company:

Free shipping in Spain
Free shipping in the European Union (Standard free).
For shipments outside the European Union, the shipping cost is paid by the customer.
If you wish to ship by UPS Express, the shipping cost is not included for any country.

Are size changes allowed?

Size changes are not allowed. What you will have to do is request a return and buy the correct size again.

Remember that you can check the size guide on the product page to make sure you order the correct size.

How should I take care of my shoes?

Accepted Answer

All smooth or grained leather should be wiped with a soft, clean and dry cloth to remove excess dust and dirt.

To revive the colour, apply a small amount of neutral wax-based shoe cream and buff with a soft cloth.

Avoid direct contact with substances containing alcohol (perfumes, solvents), oils (makeup) and abrasives.

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and heat.

Do not expose to moisture. In case of direct contact with water, allow to carefully dry in a cool and well-ventilated place.

Always store shoes in the provided protective bag.
